The bravery of the Maratha warrior Chatrapathi Shivaji Maharaj still evokes awe and inspiration amongst all.
Shiv Jayanti was celebrated with great zeal and enthusiasm in the school on 20th February 2023. The grand celebration started with an excellent speech delivered by Koustubh Thorat of Class 8B, using appropriate hand gestures and exuding confidence. After this, the meeting of Aurangzeb and Shivaji Maharaj was dramatized, which was very enchanting and had a powerful effect on everyone’s spirit and mind. This was followed by a beautiful traditional dance presented by girls from Class 8. The program ended with a huge applause by the audience for the performers and a vote of thanks.
These performances made memories of Shivaji Maharaj penetrate the minds of the students, and will never be forgotten.
