Health and Fitness

To realize the all-round development of students, the curriculum is amalgamated with co-curricular activities. The school has dedicated classrooms for co-curricular activities like Art, Dance, Music, Taekwondo and Zumba. Students compete individually in many athletic competitions such as running, shot-put, javelin, discus throw, high jump and long jump which are held during the Annual Sports Day. Apart from learning an additional art or skill, the co-curricular activities also help to shape their overall personalities. Mass PT and Yoga is compulsory for students up to Class 10 in order to maintain physical fitness and increase their agility. Students practice Super Brain Yoga which helps to enhance their cognitive skills and increase their capacity for learning. The assembly culminates with a guided meditation which helps the students to enhance their focus and self-awareness.
