Amma’s vision of involving students in serving society was a tremendous success last year in Amrita Vidyalayam, Juinagar. Teachers and students joined hands and participated enthusiastically in each one of the projects. Sevamritam, Sealing of Desires, Wealth from Waste, Snehamritam, Grihamritam and Bhootayajnam saw active volunteers from 1st to 12th grades.
Principal Brni. Rekha outlined in brief the various activities carried out by the coordinators last year, and announced the coordinators and in-charge teachers for the projects this year. She honoured the teachers with badges, and said that she wished to see the same level of enthusiasm like last year.
