The new academic session 2017-18 started on an auspicious note with Ganapathy Homam conducted in the school auditorium. Br. Avyayamrita Chaitanyaji lighted the auspicious lamp. Swamiji, along with Principal Brni. Rekha and teachers of Amrita Vidyalayam sought blessings from the Goddess of Knowledge. Amma’s ashtotharam was chanted by all.
Swamiji addressed the teachers and congratulated them for their efforts which saw the school achieve cent percent results in the Class 10 and Class 12 board exams. The auditorium echoed with bhajans sung by teachers along with our Principal Ma’am. After the arthi, teachers offered flowers at the holy lotus feet of Amma and partook of prasad which was distributed by Swamiji to all.
