On June 8th, the Investiture ceremony and felicitation of the school toppers in the board exams for 2023-24 was organized by Amrita Vidyalayam in the school atrium. The event began with lamp lighting and prayer. The Investiture ceremony started with the felicitation of the academic toppers of 2023-24 – the students who brought laurels to the school in Class 10 and 12 board exams. The ceremony took momentum with an inspiring speech by the school Administrator Sharanyamrita Chaitanyaji. In her ceremonial address, she congratulated the students and parents for the exemplary performance in board exams.
The school topper and subject toppers were given trophies and certificates. The proud parents of the toppers also accompanied the students on stage on this occasion. Sharanyamrita Chaitanyaji also congratulated the newly appointed school council members, emphasizing the qualities of an effective leader through engaging anecdotes. Her words of wisdom inspired and energized the newly elected leaders.
The new school council members were awarded sashes and badges, and the house representatives and house mothers were honoured with badges, sashes, and house flags. Principal Mrs. Anupama Rao administered the oath, and the students pledged to uphold the school’s vision. The teachers in charge of the Amritam project were also badged by the administrator to encourage their efforts in initiating the project.
The newly elected Student Council members were filled with confidence and prepared to carry out their responsibilities with integrity and diligence.
