October 2, 2021, marked the 152nd birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, fondly called the “Father of the Nation.” In his remembrance, the entire nation observes this day as a Day of Non-violence. His contributions towards the Indian freedom struggle, and his unique path of Satyagraha were awe-inspiring.
Students from classes VI to X of Amrita Vidyalayam, Juinagar could not resist participating and delivered some interesting speeches and bhajans. Some colorful posters were painted to mark his birthday.
We urge every citizen of India to keep our surroundings clean, keep ourselves neat physically, and adhere to non-violence.
