The pre-primary students of Amrita Nursery celebrated International Yoga Day with fun and frolic. The tiny tots were taught Animal Yoga and they had fun mimicking the walk of animals and making animal sounds. The children also practised neck and eye exercises. Each session ended with meditation and “Aum” chanting.
