The Prize Distribution Ceremony of Amrita Nursery was held on November 23rd at the school auditorium. After lighting the auspicious lamp, Principal Brni Rekha addressed the parents. With the help of a short story she stressed the important role parents play in the lives of children. “As the formative years of children depend solely on the guidance they receive at home and school, the need to channel their thoughts in the right direction is of utmost importance”, she added. Competitions such as Drawing and Colouring, Recitation, Story-telling, Picture Talk, Favourite Toy Talk, Fancy Dress, etc. showcased the interests of the tiny tots. The winners were given certificates and awards by Brni. Rekha. The ceremony ended with the chanting of Shanti Mantra.
