The Principal and management of Amrita Vidyalayam had organised a workshop on Tax Savings on February 15, 2020. The workshop was conducted by HDFC Life Insurance advisors in collaboration with the Catholic Syrian Bank. They explained various tax saving plans to our staff members, how to get exemptions in income tax by investing in various policies, home loans, protection plans, etc. They also explained the importance of pension plans and various other term plans along with health and insurance policies. Queries of the staff members were patiently answered by the advisor who also gave advice on different ways of saving and securing protection for the family. CSB Branch Manager, Ms. Ankita Bhatia shared details about the locker facility available at lower rates exclusively for Amrita Vidyalayam staff members. She expressed her gratitude for inviting her to address the staff of Amrita Vidyalayam.
