Three of our Amrita Nursery teachers, Mrs. Aruna Poojari, Mrs. Bavina Marchande and Mrs. Deepa Sharma, attended a one-day workshop on “Teacher Development” conducted by Oxford University Press on January 20, 2018. The workshop was attended by teachers from various schools in Navi Mumbai.
The resource person Ms. Sonia Raloa emphasized the following 3 key points:

- Holistic development of children
- Cultivation of essential skills such as motor skills, auditory processing,
Teachers gained valuable insights through audio visual presentations and participated in various group activities. Many books were also displayed for their benefit.
