Harisha Shivakumar of IX secured 9th position in the International Olympiad of Science (IOS) with 99% in the 1st Level and was awarded a certificate, gold medal and a ‘Maxima’ wrist watch.
In the Spell Bee International Exam for English Language 2014-15 held on June 28, 2015 for Std I to IV, Bipul Birendra Prasad Kumar – Group II and Avyaie Rajaram – Group III were declared National Level Medal Winners. Avyaie Rajaram and Shravani Sanjay Gaikwad of Group III were awarded Merit Prize and are Medal winners.
Adarshraj Sah of Class VIII C secured 64th rank in the All India Open Mathematics Scholarship Examination.
In the Navi Mumbai Taekwondo Championship held at Ganesh Mandir Campus, Juinagar on 11th October, 2015, students from Standard II to Standard X won 2 Gold, 3 Silver and 7 Bronze Medals.
Shivam Pandey of Class X bagged 1st position and qualified for Zonal Level in DSO Taekwondo.
Purvi Shetty, Shrushti Patane, Shweta Shekade, Nikita Kolte and Urvi Bhatt from Standard VII to XI have been selected to play at the National Level in Volleyball.
Suresh Singh of Class IX was awarded Man of the Match at the ‘Ab Jeetega India’ Volleyball Championship Tournament held by Sports for All (SFA).
Swapnil Bind of Class V won 1st prize in the Drawing Competition organized by Nerul Police Station, Navi Mumbai on the theme Anti-Terrorism.
Olympiads
In the International Olympiad of Mathematics (IOM) for standards I to XII, the school won 10 gold, 7 silver and 7 bronze medals; 7 students qualified for 2nd level.
In the International Olympiad of Science (IOS), the school won 10 Gold, 10 Silver and 10 Bronze medals; 10 students qualified for 2nd level.
Amrita Vidyalayam, Juinagar has been awarded with the “Performance Excellence Award for IOM 2015-16” for the second consecutive year.
In the Spell Quest for English Language, 46 students qualified for the National Level and 6 were awarded Medals.
In the Fevicol Science Project Challenge conducted by Pidilite Industries on October 6, 2015, for standards V to X, the Junior Level project on ‘Rainwater Harvesting’ and the Senior Level project on ‘Traffic Management’ were selected for the next level.
Sports
In the DSO Volleyball Tournament held at Rajiv Gandhi Stadium, CBD Belapur on October 10th and 11th, 2015, the u/14 and u/17 boys qualified for Zonal level and u/14 and u/17 girls finished as runners up.
In the CBSE Cluster Volleyball Tournament held at Jay International School, Rajkot, Gujarat in October, the u/19 girls team won 2nd position and have been selected for the National Level.
In the Volleyball Tournament organized by Navi Mumbai Area Schools Association on January 21, 2016 at Rajiv Gandhi Stadium, Belapur, the u/12 Boys (V and VI) Group A won the 1st position, while the u/14 Boys (VII and VIII) came in 2nd . The u/16 Boys (IX) Group B won the 1st position and our u/16 Boys (X) Group A came in 2nd.
In the Navi Mumbai Area School Association Kho-Kho Tournament held at Father Agnel School, Vashi on January 27, 2016 for u/14 and u/12 boys and girls, the school team of u/14 boys and u/12 girls bagged 1st positions.
In the Navi Mumbai Area School Association Volleyball Tournament held at Rajiv Gandhi Stadium, CBD Belapur on January 1, 2016 for u/12, u/14 and u/16 girls, the u/14 girls won the 1st position.
In the Adidas Uprising Interschool Volleyball Tournament at Azad Maidan, Mumbai on February 6th and 7th, 2016 for u/14 boys and girls, the u/14 girls won the 1st position and the u/14 boys won the 2nd position.
In the Nutan Marathi Kabaddi and Kho-Kho Mahotsav held in Nerul on February 17, 2016, our u/14 girls Kho-Kho team won the 2nd prize. They were awarded trophies, certificates and a cash prize of Rs. 2,000.
Cultural
Students of Standard VIII to X bagged the 3rd position in the Group Singing Competition held by Rotary Club, Navi Mumbai at Devadigha Bhavan, Nerul on August 23, 2015.

8 Students, 4 from the Junior group and 4 from the Senior group, qualified for the next level in the Inter School Competition ‘Bharat ko Jano’ organized by Bharat Vikas Parishad on October 7, 2015.
At the Navi Mumbai Sanskruti Kala Mahotsav organised by Govardhani Sarvajanik Seva Sanstha between January 27 and February 2 at Sunil Gavaskar Maidan, CBD Belapur, Amrita Vidyalayam, Navi Mumbai bagged the 1st prize and was awarded certificates and a cash prize of Rs. 15,000.
In a Drawing competition held by Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation on the theme ‘Anti – Terrorism’, Swapnil Bind of Class V won the 1st prize.
Amrita Vidyalayam, Juinagar won the “National School Sanitation Award’ from the Ministry of HRD, Government of India in the year 2012.
